Tag, duplicate, reorder and rename slides.

Slides should have tags for easy filtering/searching;

they should be easily duplicated to give a headstart on creation;

they should be easily reordered so they can easily be identified in the live output lineup

and easily renamed for identification.

    Tag and rename slides feature shelved for now; reason is no apparent use.
